WaSH

WASH or “water, sanitation and hygiene” is a key public health issue within international development and is the focus of The United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 6. Wash programs include access to clean water and education in adequate sanitation and hygiene.

According to several international development agencies WaSH programs in communities will improve health, life expectancy, student learning and other important issues by reducing illness and death, and also improving socio-economic development.
